PPE/Jan-Tex has been providing floor care equipment and cleaning equipment repair services since 2006. We do on-site and in-shop repair services and are authorized warranty, parts and Service Dealers for more than 20 brands. Our professional technicians will validate any warranty remaining on equipment before giving an estimate.

Repairs

We can handle any repair either on site or in shop. Our technicians will be onsite within 48 hours of a service request and complete most repairs on the first trip.

IN SHOP REPAIRS

Bring your equipment into our Fort Worth office during business hours and it will be diagnosed within 24 hours. Technicians will validate any warranty remaining on the item before the customer is given an estimate. All in shop service includes a pressure wash on each piece worked on. We offer a 5% discount to all Schools and Churches.

Our technicians will be onsite within 48 hours of a service request and complete most repairs on the first trip. Our technicians carry many spare parts. Our goal is to complete A repair on the first trip but no longer than 7 days when parts are ordered.
